SwiftTrades is a B2B trading platform that connects Chinese suppliers with Saudi buyers. We provide tools and services to facilitate business transactions but are not party to the actual transactions between users.

3. User Registration

3.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to use our platform.

3.2 Supplier Approval: Chinese suppliers must complete verification and receive admin approval before listing products.

3.3 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Suppliers Must:

• Provide accurate product information and specifications

• Upload genuine business licenses and certifications

• Honor prices and terms listed on the platform

• Comply with all applicable export regulations

• Maintain quality standards for listed products

4.2 Buyers Must:

• Conduct due diligence before making purchases

• Honor accepted quotations and payment terms

• Comply with all applicable import regulations

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information

5. Product Listings

All product listings require admin approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that violate our policies, contain prohibited items, or provide misleading information.

6. Transactions

6.1 Platform Role: SwiftTrades facilitates connections but is not responsible for the actual transactions between buyers and suppliers.

6.2 Disputes: Users must resolve disputes directly with each other. We may provide assistance but are not obligated to mediate.

6.3 Payments: All payment arrangements are between buyers and suppliers unless otherwise specified.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Engage in price manipulation or unfair practices

• Circumvent platform fees or commission structures

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Use the platform for illegal purposes

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by SwiftTrades and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to their own content but grant us a license to use it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

SwiftTrades is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the past 12 months.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to fulfilling existing obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
